After installing Cookery, there are two ways to clip a recipe with Safari -- a Safari Browser Extension or with the Share Extension. For non-Safari users, the Share Extension is currently the only way to clip a recipe.
Safari Browser Extension:
To enable the browser extension, open Safari > Settings in the menu bar.

In the Settings toolbar, click the Extensions button:

Next, scroll to the Cookery Share item in the Installed List and enable it by clicking on the checkbox:

Note: You may receive a warning about Extension Security in which you can customize the websites the Cookery extension has access to. The Cookery Safari Extension does not access anything other than the title and URL of the front-most website when shared.
On activation, Cookery shares the recipe URL and title locally with the Cookery app. If you choose to enable the extension on a per-website basis, you may be warned again if attempting to share a recipe from a non-authorized URL.
Once enabled, you can close Safari Settings and you should see the Cookery icon in the Safari toolbar
.
If the Cookery icon is not visible, right click on the toolbar and click Customize Toolbar or open View > Customize Toolbar in the menu bar:

You should see the Cookery Save Recipe button
. Drag this button into the toolbar for easy access when saving a recipe.
Now the Cookery Extension is in easy reach when saving a recipe!
Note: when using the Safari Browser Extension, clicking the toolbar button is all that is needed to save your recipes.
In your browser of choice, locate the Share menu and open it.

The share menu will appear above the current webpage.

If Share with Cookery is not in the list, click Edit Extensions... and scroll through the list until you see the Share with Cookery item, then use the toggle
to enable the share extension.
You can also access the Sharing Extensions preferences by opening System Settings > Login Items & Extensions, then clicking the
Info Button.
Now you can use the Share menu again in your browser for the desired recipe.
When you've successfully finished clipping your recipes, open Cookery on the same device to finish the import.
